CORE Energy Works Services
Preventative Maintenance Programs
CORE Energy Works offers preventative maintenance for your entire site, including inverter and BOS support. We will consult with site managers and shareholders to determine the best approach to getting the most over the life of the system. With a preventative maintenance program in place, CORE can perform scheduled field diagnostics on a regular basis and deal with any potential issues before they become large problems.
Field-level testing, diagnostics and repair
CORE Energy Works provides full-service solar module support in the field. Our expertise in testing, identifying and fixing issues will have the system running to its best capacity. We also provide damage assessment due to weather events and accidents.

Full-Service Testing Lab
CORE Energy Works operates a full-service testing lab at our warehouse in northern Delaware (USA). The 2000 square foot facility is fully equipped to handle and test all modern PV panels, whether a single panel or a shipping container.
A subset of the toolset includes the following equipment:
- Class AAA Berger Module Pulse Tester (for STC and Low Irradiance IV measurements)
- 2 Electroluminescence Imaging Stations
- One optimized for high volume work in the laboratory
- One optimized for EL images in the field
- Meggers for Leakage Current, Dielectric Withstand, and Insulation Resistance testing up to 10,000 V
- FLIR Infrared cameras for hot spot detection
- Full suite of warehouse management tools (forklift, pallet moving, wrapping, weighing etc.)
Quality Assurance and Consultation
Often the problems associated with non-performing modules are due to poor manufacturing or rough handling during transport and installation. In these cases, documentation typically must accompany a warranty claim. CORE Energy Works can provide the testing reports to allow system owners a positive outcome on warranty claims.
Because of our deep experience in the science, manufacture and installation of solar cells and modules, we also offer consultation services during all phases of a system build — from planning and designing to maintenance.
How CORE Energy Works can help
