Dedicated testing lab and full warehouse

CORE Energy Works operates out of a 2,000 sq. ft. facility in Delaware. We offer logistical support (from one pallet up to a full container) and can store any modules that we are not field testing. In addition, the facility houses a full testing lab

CORE Energy Works warehouse facilities include:

  • 2000 sq ft warehouse space
  • Large, secure yard space
  • Loading dock with easy access for full cargo container and semi-loads of panels
  • At-level/drive in garage access
  • Forklift and pallet jacks
  • Stretch wrapping and banding equipment

Core Energy Works laboratory testing facilities/capabilities:

  • AAA Flash Tester for module IV curve measurement with variable irradiance from 1100 to 100 W/m2
  • 8 Megapixel EL imaging camera (crack detection)
  • Wet Insulation Resistance testing per UL1703/IEC61730/IEC61215
  • Dielectric Withstand / Insulation Resistance Testing per UL1703/IEC61730/IEC61215
  • Mechanical Load testing per UL1703/IEC61730/IEC61215
  • FLIR Infrared cameras for detecting poor electrical connections/hotspots
  • DC power supplies
